I grew up in Twin Falls, Idaho where my best memories are of family trips to places like Salmon Falls Creek and the Jarbidge Wilderness. During college, I worked as a firefighter for the BLM and Forest Service in Idaho, Oregon, and Alaska. I joined WWP in 2013 as a staff attorney after graduating from Lewis and Clark Law School, and later became the Nevada Director. For six years, I also managed a 10,000-acre reserve in remote Washoe County owned by the Sagebrush Habitat Conservation Fund, implementing restoration projects and documenting the landscape recovery after the removal of cows. I am currently completing a master’s degree in Rangeland Ecology and Management at Colorado State.
